How we work
From requirement to commissioning
Six steps, each with a written deliverable. You decide whether to continue at the end of every step.
Step 1: Define the requirement
We start from your wells, not from a listing: water depth, pressures, fluids, capacity, timeline and budget. Where data is missing, we say what is assumed and why it matters.

Step 2: Search the market
We go to owners, manufacturers, rental fleets and our own network, not just public listings. Duplicate offers of the same unit are identified and traced back to the owner.

Step 3: Verify identity and specification
We confirm identity, ownership, class and certification, then check every rating against the requirement line by line. Gaps and contradictions are listed, not smoothed over.

Step 4: Value and recommend
We build an independent value range from comparables, condition and the cost to make the unit ready. Then we tell you plainly whether we think you should proceed.

Step 5: Inspect and negotiate
We scope the independent inspection and class survey around the gaps already found. Findings feed directly into the offer and negotiation.

Step 6: Close, deliver and commission
We support a clean transaction structure with escrow, coordinate export and import with partners, and support commissioning on location.
