Questions

Do you only consider rigs that are listed for sale?

No. We search owners, operators and rental fleets directly as well as public listings and broker sheets. Some suitable units are not openly marketed, and the same unit often appears on several sheets under different descriptions.

Can you confirm a rig's BOP rating before anyone travels to inspect it?

We request the BOP stack configuration, the working pressure of each component and the recertification records, and compare them with the owner's own documentation. Any gap goes into the specification gap review so the physical inspection can focus on it.

Do we need to pay inspection fees to see a rig?

Our fees are agreed in writing before work begins. We advise buyers not to pay inspection fees to intermediaries. Independent inspections and class surveys should be contracted directly with the inspector or class society, using a scope we prepare.

Can you help move a rig to Nigeria?

Our review covers transport method, import requirements and reactivation scope. We coordinate export, shipping and import steps with partners and include them in the closing checklist.
